社会性支持及家庭功能对系统性红斑狼疮生活质量的影响研究

Influence of social support and family function on quality of life of patients

目的探讨社会性支持及家庭功能对系统性红斑狼疮患者生活质量的影响。方法将76例系统性红斑狼疮患者随机分成干预组及对照组,每组38例,对照组实施常规健康教育,干预组在对照组基础上实施社会性支持及家庭功能干预,2组患者干预前后均采取WHOQOL-BREF量表对其生活质量进行问卷调查并予以比较。结果干预组生理功能、心理功能、社会关系、环境领域及总体感觉评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对系统性红斑狼疮患者实施社会性支持及家庭功能,可有效提高生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of social support and family function on quality of life of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）. Methods 76 SLE patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 38 patients in each group. The control group was conducted with conventional health education while the intervention group was conducted with the social support and family function on the basis of therapy in the control group.WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire was used to evaluate the quality of life before and after treatment in both groups. Results Scores of physiological function, psychological function, social relations,environmental field and overall sensation in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of social support and family function for patients with SLE can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, so it is worthy of popularization and application.
