人工肝血液净化患者临时中心静脉导管不良反应的预防及护理

Nursing of adverse reactions of temporary central venous catheter inducedby hemopurification in artificial liver patients

目的明确人工肝患者临时中心静脉导管不良反应的发生情况,制定合理的预防性护理措施,以降低不良反应发生率。方法对75例行人工肝治疗患者临时中心静脉导管出现的不良反应情况进行统计、分析。结果 75例中心静脉导管中,发生误伤动脉2例,局部渗血7例,血栓形成或导管堵塞4例,导管尖端贴壁11例,导管感染3例,经有效护理无1例导管脱落及其他严重并发症发生。结论在中心静脉导管留置期密切观察及加强护理,能有效预防不良反应的发生。

Objective To find out the reasons of adverse reactions of artificial liver patients with temporary central venous catheter and to formulate reasonable and preventive countermeasures in order to reduce the incidence of adverse reaction. Methods The adverse reactions of temporary central venous catheter in 75 patients treated with artificial liver were statistical analyzed. Results Among the 75 patients with central venous catheter, there were 2 patients with arterial injury, 7cases with local bleeding, 4 cases with thrombosis or catheter obstruction, 11 patients with catheter tip attaching vascularwall and 3 patientswith catheterinfection.However,none of the patients had prolapsed catheter and serious complications due to effective nursing. Conclusion During retained period of central venous catheter, close observation and intensified nursing could effectively prevent the adverse reactions.
