人性化护理在精神分裂症患者康复期的应用效果评价

Effect evaluation of humanized nursing on rehabilitation treatment of patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨人性化护理在精神分裂症患者康复期的应用效果。方法选取精神分裂症患者118例随机分为观察组和对照组各59例,观察组患者给予人性化护理措施,对照组患者给予一般护理措施。比较2组患者2、6周末时的SANS、NOSIE-30的得分及护理满意度。结果观察组SANS评分和NOSIE-30评分显著优于对照组,护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用人性化护理措施能显著改善精神分裂症患者的症状,提高其生活质量,减轻家属与社会的负担,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing on the rehabilitation treatment of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 118 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 59 patients in each group. The observation group was conducted with humanized nursing measures while the control group was conducted with conventional nursing measures. Scores of SANS and NOSIE-30 as well as satisfactory degree toward nursing were assessed in 2 weeks and 6 weeks between the two groups. Results Scores of SANS and NOSIE-30 in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group, and the satisfactory degree toward nursing was significantly higher than the control group（P 0.05）.The results revealed that the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Application of humanized nursing measures in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with schizophrenia can significantly improve the syndrome of patients,improve their qualities of lives and alleviate the social and family burdens, so it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
