乳腺癌改良根治合并Ⅰ期自体组织乳房重建术后护理

Postoperative nursing for patients with combination therapy of modified radical mastectomy and phaseⅠautologous tissue breast reconstruction

目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治合并Ⅰ期自体组织乳房重建术的护理经验。方法对21例乳腺癌改良根治患者分别采用腹直肌肌皮瓣(TRAM)方法及背阔肌皮瓣(LDP)方法进行Ⅰ期自体组织乳房重建术,术后严密观察病情变化及发展,对患者的功能锻炼进行正确指导,并实施健康教育和提供情感支持。结果本组手术过程均顺利,未发生肌皮瓣坏死、感染等严重并发症。结论做好对乳腺癌改良根治合并I期乳房自体组织重建术后患者的护理,可减少并发症,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the nursing for patient with combination therapy of modified radical mastectomy and phase I autologous tissue breast reconstruction. Methods 21 pa- tients with modified radical mastectomy were treated with TRAM therapy and LDP therapy re- spectively for phase I autologous tissue breast reconstruction. After operation, the change and de- velopment of disease were observed strictly, and the health education and emotional support were applied for patients. Results All the patients completed operations successfully, and no severe complications such as flap necrosis and severe infection were observed. Conclusion Excellent nursing for patients with combination therapy of modified radical mastectomy and phase I autolo- gous tissue breast reconstruction can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
