CEA、CA-50检测对恶性胸水诊断价值探讨

摘要 目的 为寻求简便有效的方法对良恶性胸水进行鉴别诊断。方法 采用放射免疫分析技术对健康对照组 30例、已确诊的恶性胸水组 1 5例、良性胸水组 33例血清及胸水进行 CEA、CA-50平行对照检测。结果 恶性胸水组血清及胸水 CEA、CA-50水平显著高于良性胸水组。结论 提示对胸水进行 CEA、CA-50检测有利于良恶性胸水鉴别诊断 ,且 CEA、CA-50联合检测可提高恶性胸水诊断阳性率。 Objective To find an easy and effective method for the differential diagnosis between benign and malignant hyolrothorax. Methods Radioimmunoassay technique was used. CA-50 level and CEA level of serum and hydrothorax were determined in 15 patients with malignant hydrothorax and in 33 patients with benign hydrothorax, and in 30 healthy persons as control. Results The CA-50 level and CEA level of serum and hydrothorax in malignant hydothorax were significantly higher than those in benign hydrothorax (P<0.01). Conclusion Hydrothorax CA-50 and CEA determination are effective for differential diagnosis between benign and malignant hydrothoraxes. The positive diagnostic ratejof malignant hydrothorax will be increased when combined determination of CA-50 and CEA is used.
