白芍总苷对实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎大鼠脑组织IL-17含量影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨白芍总苷(TGP)对实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎(EAE)大鼠发病及脑组织IL-17含量的影响。方法将30只雌性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、EAE对照组及TGP治疗组三组,每组10只,观察各组的发病情况并检测大鼠脑组织IL-17的含量。结果 TGP治疗组发病较EAE对照组轻,大鼠脑组织中IL-17的含量较EAE对照组明显减低。结论 TGP可明显减轻EAE发病,其机制可能与通过降低EAE大鼠脑组织中IL-17含量而起到抑制EAE发病的作用有关。 Objective To explore the effect of total glycosides of peony (TGP) on the incidence of experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) in rats and on the level of interleukin-17 (lL-17) in brain tissue. Methods 30 female rates were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal control group, EAE control group and TGP treatment group, lOin each; the incidence in each group was observed and the level of IL-17 in brain tissue was detected. Results The incidence and the level of IL-17 in brain tissue in TGP treatment group were both lower than those in EAE control group. Conclusions TGP can obviously decrease the incidence of EAE, the mechanism may be related to the reduce of the level ofIL-17 in brain tissue of the rats with EAE.
