摘要
应用灰色关联度理论,提出了一种悬臂浇筑连续刚构桥施工阶段应力状态的灰色评价方法.基于施工阶段的应力监测数据,对应力实测值与理论值进行关联分析,依据关联分析结果对关键截面应力状态进行评价,进一步应用权重分析法评价全桥施工阶段应力状态,能全面、客观地评价桥梁施工阶段应力状态合理程度.采用该法对某城市轨道交通三跨连续刚构桥施工阶段应力状态进行了评价,评价结果反映了施工期应力状态与设计预期的对比情况,墩顶附近梁段自浇筑至成桥经历的施工工序较多、受力状态复杂,是连续刚构桥应力状态控制的重点.
A stress state evaluation method to assessment concrete stress of continuous rigid frame bridge during cantilever casting construction is proposed.Based on bridge monitoring and grey correlation degree theory,correlation analysis between measured and theoretical values of key sec-tions can be evaluated.Considering different weights of different sections,the comprehensive eval-uation of the bridge can be done.This method can estimate stress state generally and obj ectively. An urban rail transit three-span continuous rigid bridge was evaluated by this method.The results comprehensively reflect the comparison between actual stresses and design values.The segments nearby the top of piers should be strictly controlled because they experience more construction stages than other segments and their stress states are complicated.
