应用内容分析法解析冠心病患者自我管理概念

Concept analysis of self-management in the context of coronary heart disease based on the content analysis

目的 运用内容分析法对冠心病患者自我管理概念进行解析,理清自我管理的概念内涵.方法 通过系统检索中国知网、维普期刊服务平台、万方数据知识服务平台和Pubmed等数据库,根据有关纳入标准纳入34篇文献进行概念分析,分别从实施主体、主要行为表现和协助者3个特征性指标方面进行分析.结果 出现频率最高的冠心病患者自我管理指标为“症状管理”（国内外文献所占比率分别为78.57％和66.67％）,其次为“调整心理活动”,实施主体方面的指标以“患者、病人”所占比率最大,为42.85％,其他指标在国内外的出现频率均存在着不同的差异.解析后的冠心病患者自我管理概念主体为患者自身,先决条件为在协助人员的帮助下,通过生活方式管理、症状管理、康复运动和锻炼、环境控制、情感管理及服药意识等行为来维持患者功能的满意状态.结论 应用内容分析法解析冠心病患者自我管理概念有助于为临床相关研究提供理论支持,为以后的冠心病患者自我管理模式构建提供有效的借鉴和指导.

Objective To parse the concept of self-management in the context of coronary heart disease based on the content analysis,to clarify the connotation of the concept of self-management.Methods Thirty-four references were recruited through the databases of CNKI,VIP journals knowledge service platform,Wanfang Data Services Platform and Pubmed.We broke the concept of self-management in the context of coronary heart disease into such three aspects as implementing body,major behavior,and facilitators.Results The most common indicators were ＆quot;symptom management＆quot;（which was mentioned by 78.57% of domestic literature and 66.67% of foreign literature）,and ＆quot;protect and promote health＆quot;came second,＆quot;the person with the chronic disease＆quot;was 42.85%,other indicators＆#39; frequency existed differences.The major body of coronary artery disease self-management was the patient itself,with the help of assist staff and using lifestyle management,symptom management,rehabilitation and exercise,environmental control,emotional awareness behavior management and medication to maintain patients＆#39; satisfactory functional status.Conclusions To parse the concept of self-management in the context of coronary heart disease can be applied as the basis for clinical nursing research and build an effective reference and guidance for future coronary heart disease self-management model building.
