预见性护理在防治面颈部烧伤患儿上呼吸道梗阻中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨预见性护理在防治面颈部烧伤患儿上呼吸道梗阻中的应用效果.方法 选取2008年6月至2013年6月收治的面颈部烧伤面积≥4%的患儿37例,对患儿体液渗出期存在上呼吸道梗阻的风险实施预见性护理,并对护理经验进行总结.结果 37例患儿发生上呼吸道梗阻共11例:1度8例,2度3例;由2度进展到4度1例.经及时处理未发生窒息及缺氧后遗症,37例均治愈.结论 对面颈部烧伤患儿实施防治上呼吸道梗阻的预见性护理,避免了窒息、心跳呼吸骤停、缺氧后遗症等严重后果的发生,提高了家长的满意度.
