以就业为导向的应用文写作课教学改革探究

在当今社会,"竞争"已经成为整个社会就业市场毋庸质疑的主题。面对这种现实,高职院校无疑必走改革创新之路,只有这样,高职院校才能在竞争中立稳脚跟,发展壮大。在以就业为导向的改革背景下,高职院校培养的学生既要具备强硬的专业技能,又要具有良好的职业素养。为实现这个目标,高职院校的课程改革势在必行,"应用文写作"作为一门公共基础课自然也不例外。为了充分发挥"应用文写作"课为专业服务的功用,笔者按照"以就业为导向"的思路,深入分析课程处境,研究提出创新教法,旨在培养学生既有较强的应用写作能力,又有适应职业的基本素养。

In the current society, ＂competition＂ has become an undoubted theme in the whole social employment market. Faced with the reality, higher vocational colleges should inevitably take the road of reform and innovation, and only in this way can they stand firmly in the competition and achieve further development. In the background of the employment-oriented reform, higher vocational college students should possess not only strong profes-sional skills but also good occupational accomplishment. In order to achieve this objective, curriculum reforms in higher vocational colleges are inevitable, of course including＂Applied Writing＂, as a public foundation course. In order to give full play to the role of＂Applied Writing＂ in professional service, the writer, in accor-dance with the＂employment-oriented＂ idea, detailed the situa-tion of this course, studied and proposed innovative teaching methods, aiming to cultivate students with both strong applied writing ability and basic qualities of occupation adaptability.
