基于医疗保险人才社会需求的教育改革研究

Research on the Education Reform Based on the Social Need of Medical Insurance Talents

随着医疗保险全民化进程不断深入、医疗保险体制逐渐完善,我国医疗保险人才需求大量增加。本文对于医疗保险人才的社会需求进行了详尽的分析,并指出了医疗保险人才缺失的主要原因。在医疗保险人才需求大量增加的背景下,为更健康快速发展中国医疗保险事业,笔者提出了改革医疗保险人才教育培养的模式,并试图寻找针对医疗保险市场上相关医疗保险人才教育培养的新思路和新方法。

With the continuous deepening process of universal medical insurance and the gradual improvement of the medical insurance system, the demand for medical insurance talents has greatly increased in China. This paper detailed the social need of medical insurance talents, and pointed out the main causes of the lack of medical insurance talents. In the background of the in-creasing demand for medical insurance talents, in order to pro-mote the more healthy and rapid development of China＇s medical insurance cause, the writer proposed the education and training mode of medical insurance, and attempted to find new ideas and methods of relevant medical insurance talent education and cul-tivation in view of the medical insurance market.
