高校艺术设计专业“校企合作”教学模式探索与实践

Teaching Model Exploration and Practice of"University-Enterprise Cooperation"on Art and Design Specialty

加强校企合作教学,推动高校设计教育与社会需求对接,是提高大学生实践能力和就业能力的有效途径。本文详细论述了建立校外实习基地,邀请一线有丰富经验的设计师进校参与教学活动,开展"预约式"专向设计人才培养,将实际设计项目引入实践教学为设计企业提供设计服务、校企共建校内设计工作室等几种有效的校企合作方式,为高校艺术设计专业开展校企合作教学提供思路和借鉴。

Strengthening the cooperation teaching between uni-versity and enterprise to promote the joint of university design e-ducation and social demands is an effective way to improve the practice ability and the employment ability of university students. The establishment of practice base is discussed in the paper. The experienced designers should be invited to participate in the uni-versity teaching activities. The reservation to design talents is carried out and the actual design project is introduced into prac-tice teaching. The design services are provided for the enterprise in the practical teaching. A campus design studio is built for the cooperation between university and enterprise. The above mea-sures are taken to provide ways and references for university art and design specialty in the cooperation between university and enterprise.
