创意产业背景下创意能力的培养研究——以宁波城市职业技术学院艺术设计专业为例

Research on the Cultivation of Creative Ability in the Background of Creative Industry:A Case Study on Art and Design Major of Ningbo City College of Vocational Technolgy

当今的时代是一个文化创意产业蓬勃发展的时代,创意人才是产业经济时代的核心人才,而创意人才的灵魂却是创新创意能力的培养。本文结合宁波城市职业技术学院艺术设计专业创意能力培养现状,提出艺术设计人才培养应注重交叉学科课程内容的设置,引导创新创意能力和跨界思维开发,同时强化人文素养的培养和创意师资队伍的建设,促进创意文化产业的发展。

The current era is one in which cultural and creative industries are booming, and creative talents are the core of the industrial economy times, while the essence of creative talents is the cultivation of creative ability. Combined with the current situ-ation of creative ability cultivation in art and design major of Ningbo City College, this paper proposed that in the cultivation of art and design talents we should pay attention to the setting of in-terdisciplinary curriculum contents, guide the development of creative ability and cross-border thinking, and strengthen the cultivation of humanistic qualities and the construction of creative teaching staff, so as to promote the development of creative and cultural industries.
