技能竞赛引领高职财会实训基地建设的研究——以广厦学院为例

Research on the Construction of Higher Vocational Financial and Accounting Training Base Guided by Skills Competitions:A Case Study on Guangsha College

现阶段,高职院校积极参加各级各类技能竞赛,达到了"以赛促训、以赛促学、以赛促教",在实际的教学中也做到了"课赛融合",进一步深化了教学改革。许多高职院校意识到了建设和完善实训基地对提高人才培养质量关系重大,所以如何建设一个先进、现实、通用、开放的实训基地是所有高职院校所面临的问题。我以我院建筑财会实训基地为例,希望能为兄弟院校提供一定的借鉴和启发。

Currently, higher vocational colleges are taking an ac-tive part in various skills competitions, having achieved the mu-tual promotion between competitions, learning and teaching, and realized the integration of courses and competitions in practical teaching, which help deepen the teaching reform. Many higher vocational colleges have realized that the construction and per-fection of training base is critically related to the improvement of talent cultivation quality, so how to construct an advanced, real-istic, common and open training base is a common issue for all higher vocational colleges. Exemplified by the construction of fi-nancial and accounting training base in our college, the writer hopes that it will provide certain references and enlightenments for other colleges.
