面对当下高校大学生的心理健康与人格发展的现状,本研究有针对性地设计了包括领导力训练、发展性训练与矫正性训练在内的团体训练课程体系,通过朋辈辅导与团体辅导的形式展开的团体训练旨在帮助学生获得身心健康与人格发展。

Faced with the current situation of university students＇ psychological health and personality development, this research designed targeted group training course system including leader-ship training, developmental training, and corrective training, which will be implemented through the forms of peer counseling and group counseling, aiming to help students acquire physical and psychological health and personality development.
