高校慈善义工项目精细化管理初探——以S大学慈善助学项目为例

Research on the Feasibility of Fine Management of College Volunteer Project:A Case Study of Volunteer Project in S University

高校义工项目纷繁复杂,需要在管理中融入精细化管理的元素,将精细化管理的责任化与义工项目管理的人文化相结合。本文从高校慈善义工项目精细化管理的基本内涵,高校慈善义工项目引入精细化管理的理由、意义以及实施精细化管理需要注意的问题等方面进行分析,对精细化管理与高校贫困生义工项目的融合进行了探讨。

College Volunteer Project is so complicated,so in the management, the elements of fine management should be infil-trated, and the responsibilities of fine management and human care of Volunteer Project management should be combined. This paper analyzed the connotation of the fine management of College Volunteer Project,the reasons and significance of introducing fine management to College Volunteer Project, and the issues that should be paid attention to in the implementation of the fine management of College Volunteer Project, and explored the inte-gration of fine management and College Volunteer Project for poverty-stricken students.
