关于高校教学、科研互动与冲突关系的探析

Analysis on the Interactive and Conflict Relationship between Teaching and Scientific Research in Universities

"教学"和"科研"是现代高校承担的两项基本职能,也是教师的两大任务。在阐述了两者在高校中固有互动关系的基础上,具体分析了当今高校中普遍存在的教学、科研失衡和冲突现象,并提出了有效解决两者矛盾的方法和途径,通过这样的方法两者冲突关系得以缓解。

Teaching and scientific research are two basic functions in modern universities,and they are also two major tasks of teachers. As expounding the immanent interactive relationship between teaching and scientific research,this paper expatiates on the im-balance and conflict existed generally between them in modern universities.Based on this,some methods resolving the contra-diction between teaching and scientific research are presented in this paper.By these methods,the imbalance and conflict be-tween teaching and scientific research can be alleviated effec-tively.
