中等职业学校教学管理存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Teaching Management in Secondary Vocational Schools

当前,中等职业学校在培养技能人才方面发挥着举足轻重的作用,然而,由于学校教学管理存在一些问题和不足,给教学质量的提升带来较大阻碍,因此,要认真分析教学管理出现问题的原因,并及时采取有效的应对措施。本文对中职学校教学管理存在的问题和对策进行了探讨,期望通过本文的写作,为中职学校教学管理工作水平的提高提供有益的借鉴。

At present, secondary vocational schools play a deci-sive role in the training of technical talents, however, the prob-lems and shortcomings existing in school teaching management have greatly hindered the improvement of teaching quality, therefore, we should carefully analyze the causes of the prob-lems in teaching management and take timely and effective coping measures. This paper discussed the existing problems and countermeasures of secondary vocational school teaching management, hoping that through this paper, beneficial refer-ences will be provided for the improvement of teaching man-agement work in the secondary vocational schools.
