中职学生顶岗实习管理探讨

Exploration on the Management of Secondary Vocational Students' On-post Practice

顶岗实习是中职教育体系中的一个重要环节,实习效果的好坏直接影响到毕业生的培养质量,因此,顶岗实习管理工作是中职学校教学体系中的一项重要工作。文章论述了顶岗实习的重要性,从实习学生安全等方面分析了当前顶岗实习存在的问题,最后从明确顶岗实习目的和意义等四个方面提出了顶岗实习的管理措施。

On-post practice is an important link in secondary vocational education system and its effect directly influences the training quality of graduates, therefore, the management of on-post practice is an important work in secondary vocational teaching system. This paper elaborated the importance of on-post practice, analyzed the problems existing in the current on-post practice from the security of students in practice, etc., and finally proposed measures of on-post practice management from four aspects including making clear the purpose and sig-nificance of on-post practice.
