民办高校办学功利化倾向纠正对策

On Countermeasures of Correcting the Utilitarian Tendency of Running Private Colleges

民办高校在持续蓬勃发展的同时也在教职工待遇问题、管理投入和内涵建设等方面存在一定的功利化倾向,通过问卷调查、专家访谈等多种方法,得出纠正这种功利化行为,既要政府的大力支持,又要高校自身的深度改革来解决。

At the same time of private colleges＇ booming, there are some utilitarian tendencies in teaching staff treatment, man-agement investment and connotation construction. Through var-ious methods such as questionnaire survey and expert interview, it is concluded that the solving of the utilitarian behavior needs not only strong governmental support but also the deep reforms of colleges themselves.
