The Party＇s mass line is the condensation of all Party members＇ precious experience. With the China＇s social devel-opment, the Connotation of mass line is continuously enriched, and the development sequence, practice and innovation process of the mass line have been clearly embodied in the process of the Party constitution amendment, which reflects the practice and theory innovation results of the Party＇s mass line and pro-vides a strict regulation for the amendment of the mass line in the Party Constitution.
