免疫组化方法检测胃癌组织中组织蛋白酶B的表达

STUDY OF THE EXPRESSION OF CATHEPSIN B IN GASTRIC CARCINOMA BY IMMUNOHISTOCHEMISTRY

目的 研究胃癌组织中组织蛋白酶B的表达及探讨组织蛋白酶B表达与胃癌预后指标 (肿瘤组织学类型 ,TNM分期 )的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法研究 54例胃腺癌标本中组织蛋白酶B的表达。结果 周围正常胃粘膜上皮组织蛋白酶B阳性率为 5 .6 % (3/ 54) ,胃癌组织中的阳性率为 61 .1 % (33/ 54) ,较周围正常胃粘膜上皮明显升高 (P <0 .0 1 )。组织蛋白酶B的表达与胃癌预后指标 (肿瘤组织学类型 ,TNM分期 )无明显相关性。结论 人胃癌组织中组织蛋白酶B的表达明显升高。

Objective To study the expression of cathepsin B in gastric carcinoma and its relationship with the prognostic indexes (tumor histologic types , TNM stages) of gastric carcinoma.Methods Cathepsin B expression in 54 specimens of human gastric adenocarcinoma was detected and studied by immunohistochemistry. Results Positive rate of cathepsin B in the epithelial tissue of normal gastric mucosa was 5.6% (3/54), while positive rate of cathepsin B in the specimens of human gastric carcinoma was 61.1% (33/54), which showed an obvious increasing by comparison (P<0.01).There was no obvious correlation between the expression of cathepsin B and the prognostic indexes of gastric carcinoma such as tumor histologic types and TNM stages.Conclusion the expression of cathepsin B in human gastric adenocarcinoma shows an obvious increasing tendency.
