高校辅导员职业倦怠对大学生思想政治教育的影响及对策

The Influence of University Counselors' Job Burnout on the Ideological and Political Education of University Students and the Countermeasures

职业倦怠用来描述助人行业的从业人员因时间过长、工作量过大、工作强度过高而导致的一种疲惫不堪的心理状态。高校辅导员作为教师队伍的特殊群体也是职业倦怠的高发群体,职业倦怠不仅严重影响辅导员的身心健康,而且危害学生的成长成才。大学生思想政治教育包括理想信念教育、爱国主义教育、思想道德建设、素质教育等,对大学生的全面发展起到一个至关重要的作用。辅导员的职业倦怠直接或间接地影响着思想政治教育的内容与效果。本项目主要研究辅导员职业倦怠的表现及对大学生思想政治教育的影响及对策。

Job burnout is used to describe an exhausted mental state of the workers for industries which help others, resulted from long period, overload and high intensity of work. University counselors, as a special group of the teacher group, is the high risk group of job burnout which not only affects their physical and psychological health, but also does harm to students＇ growth and development. The ideological and political education of university students, including ideal and belief education, patriotism educa-tion, ideological and moral construction, quality-oriented educa-tion, etc., plays a decisive role in the overall development of uni-versity students. Counselors＇ job burnout directly or indirectly af-fects the content and effect of ideological and political education. This paper mainly deals with the embodiment of counselors＇ job burnout,and its influence on the ideological and political educa-tion of university students, as well as the countermeasures.
