发挥高校工会优势,提高青年教师培养质量

Making Full Use of Labor Union in Universities,Improving the Training Quality of Young Teachers

本文针对当前高校中青年教师的发展现状与特点,分析了高校工会在青年教师培养方面存在的问题,结合大连海洋大学工会的青年工作,提出高校工会应在青年教师培养方面有所作为的观点,并进行了有益的实践探索。

According to the development situation and character-istics of young teachers in universities, the problems of training for young teachers are analyzed in this paper. Based on the youth work in Dalian Ocean University, the labor union should do something important to improve the training quality of young teachers, and the exploration practice can be made.
