摘要
目的 分析诊断多发性硬化 (MS)患者的实验室检查指标。方法 寡克隆区带的测定采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳银染色法 ,IgG合成率的测定采用琼脂糖凝胶免疫火箭电泳法。 结果 寡克隆区带 54 .5 % ,IgG合成率 67.3 % ,寡克隆区带合并IgG合成率81 .8% ,VEP为 62 .2 % ,BAEP为 63 .2 % ,SEP为 64 .5 % ,VEP、BAEP及SEP三者均异常为 48.3 % ,MRI为 73 .5 % ,CT为 8.3 % ,实验室各项指标联合分析 ,阳性率为 96 .4%。结论 无论从实验室支持诊断MS ,还是从病因和发病机制的角度去认识MS ,IgG合成率和寡克隆区带的同时测定 ,更有其深远的意义。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of laboratory data for patients of multiple sclerosis (MS).Methods OCB and IgG-syn rate were determined with polyacrylamide gels electrphoresis (PAGE) and roket immunoelectrophresis (RIE) respectively.Results The respective positive rates were as follows: OCB 54.5%, IgG-syn rate 67.3%, OCB plus IgG 81.8%, VEP 62.2%, BAEP 63.2%, abnormal VEP, BAEP and SEP 48.3%, MRI 73.5%, CT 8.3%. Combined analysis of all the laboratory indexes indicated a positive rate of 96.4%.Conclusion From both a laboratory-supported diagnosis and etiopathology related parameter to diagnose multiple sclerosis, a combined analysis of IgG-syn and OCB should be of significant value.
