摘要
能否切实提高教学质量无疑是衡量一名优秀教师的重要指标。本文通过笔者近10年来的教学生涯中总结出来的教学经验,揭示作为一名优秀的教师应该如何与学生相处,如何创新自己的教学方法,从而提高自身的业务水平。
The improvement of teaching quality is undoubtedly an important index measuring a prominent teacher. Based on the writer＇s 10 years of teaching experience, this paper revealed how a prominent teacher should get along with students and reform teaching methods, thereby improving the professional level.
