摘要
电子商务在我国的发展方兴未艾,与旅游业有着天然的契合,在旅游消费、旅游服务、旅游市场运行中有着广泛的应用。但由于我国电子商务的基础薄弱,配套设施和相关法律法规不健全,旅游电子商务的发展遇到了瓶颈。移动电子商务使旅游企业创新运营模式、旅游服务和支付模式成为可能。
The development of e-commerce is in the ascendant in China, and it has a natural connection with tourism, so it is widely applied in tourism consumption, tourism service, and tourism marketing. But due to the weak foundation of e-commerce in China, as well as the imperfect supporting facilities and relevant laws and regulations, the development of tourism e-commerce has encountered bottlenecks. However, mobile e-commerce makes it possible for tourism enterprises to innovate operation models, tourism services and payment models.
