装备实践课程中学员学习态度调查分析与建议

摘要 学习态度是影响学员学习效率、达到教学目标的重要因素,基于某装备实践课程,对学员的学习态度进行问卷调查,结果表明学员岗位与工作需求性明确、学员学习兴趣浓厚,但小部分学员值得关注、训练间隙期利用效率低,对教学效果影响大。在对调查结果进行原因分析的基础上,提出了注重培养学员发现、分析、解决问题的能力,引导学员内在求知、提升自我以及改革训练方式与考核方式等三方面改进措施。 The attitude towards learning is an important factor which influences students' learning efficiency and the realization of teaching objectives. Based on the equipment practice course, a questionnaire survey was made on students' attitudes towards learning, and the results showed that students' requirements for post and work are clear and they are intensively interested in learning, but a small number of students' efficiency of using in-tervals between two periods of training is low, which greatly af-fects teaching effect and should be noticed. Based on the cause analysis on the survey results, this paper proposed the improve-ment measures from three aspects, including focusing on the training of students' ability of discovering, analyzing and solving problems, guiding students' internal seeking of knowledge and self-improvement, as well as innovating training methods and e-valuation methods.
