摘要
柔性电极应用于燃煤湿式烟气深度净化技术,高烟气流速下具有气溶胶脱硫率高、无间断在线操作、运行成本低等优点,可有效解决燃煤电厂"石膏雨"现象,同时对SO3、PM2.5、汞等具有协同控制作用。通过湿式烟气柔性电极烟气深度净化技术工艺设计,重点分析了该技术特点及系统构成,详细阐述了系统调试前的准备工作和工作流程,为形成新的烟气治理技术路线提供技术参考。
Flexible collection electrode applied in advanced pu-rification for coal-fired flue gas following WFGD gains some ad-vantages of higher efficiency, continuity, and lower cost. The"gypsum rain" phenomenon of coal-fired power plant can be solved effectively; and SO3, PM2.5 and mercury can be coordi-nately controlled. Purification technology of process design through flexible collection electrode, the structure characteristics of the technology and system are analyzed, then the preparation work and workflow system are described in detail before commis-sioning. It is very important to provide technical reference for the formation of a new line of flue gas treatment technology.
