基于酒店需求下的高职酒店管理专业人才培养对策

Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Hotel Management Talents Training Oriented by Hotel Demands

随着我国经济的进一步发展和旅游市场的日趋成熟,酒店行业也在迅猛发展,这对酒店从业人员提出了更高的要求。本文通过对目前酒店行业用人现状及人才需求的分析,提出了高职院校在酒店管理专业人才培养的过程中要重视对学生职业能力的培养,倡导理论与实践并重,开展丰富的学生活动,注重对学生职业意识的培养,从而向社会输送满足酒店需求的高素质技能型专门人才。

With the further development of China＇s economy and the increasingly mature tourism market, the hotel industry is also developing rapidly, which has proposed higher requirements for hotel practitioners. Through analyzing the current employment situation and talent demands of the hotel industry, this paper proposed that the cultivation of students＇ occupational abilities should be attached to much importance in the training of hotel management talents in higher vocational colleges, advocated the equal importance of theory and practice, launched colorful stu-dent activities, and focused on the cultivation of students＇ occu-pational consciousness, so as to provide high-quality professional skilled talents meeting hotel demands for the society.
