社会管理创新视阈下的学校工会功能初探——论学校工会在创建和谐平安校园中的作用

各类学校校园的和谐与平安,应是全社会共同努力的目标之一。学校工会作为一个保护教职员工权力与利益、实施与参与学校行政管理和各项服务的群众组织和社会团体,理应在社会管理创新的新历史背景下成为维护校园平安与和谐构建的重要成员。学校工会要开拓思维,与时俱进,积极发挥其群众组织的功能和社会团体的作用,通过排查化解校园纠纷矛盾、创新学校管理方式、促进校园公平正义氛围形成等方式,积极投身于防治校园暴力事件或不稳定因素、创建和谐平安校园等各项工作。

The harmony and safety of campuses in various schools should be one of the common goals of the entire society. The school labor union, as a mass organization and social association protecting the rights and interests of the teaching staff, imple-menting and participating in school administrative management and various services, ought to be an important member maintain-ing campus safety and harmonious construction in the new his-torical background of social management innovation. School labor unions should expand thinking, keep pace with the times, active-ly play the role as a mass organization and social association, and through investigating and eliminating school disputes and contra-dictions, innovating school management models and promoting the formation of campus fairness and justice, actively engage in preventing campus violence and unstable factors and constructing a harmonious and safe campus.
