高职院校系部学生档案管理初探

A Preliminary Exploration on the Management of Students' Archives in Departments of Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校二级机构的系部学生档案作为高职院校日常学生档案管理工作的一个重要内容,主要是向用人单位全面推荐和介绍毕业生情况。本研究探讨系部学生档案的内容及管理要求,认为高职院校系部学生档案管理人员应具备政治素质过硬,业务素质求精。并指出高职院校系部学生档案实际管理中应改进的方面为:领导高度重视是促进自觉归档的基础;完善管理内容是创新档案管理的依据;规范档案传递是促进档案安全的保证。

The students＇ archives management departments of higher vocational colleges is an important part of routine manage-ment of students＇ archives, mainly to recommend and introduce graduates to the employers. This study explores the contents and management requirement of students＇ archives. We think that the administrative personnel of students＇ archives should have good political quality and service quality, and point out what we should improve as follows： leaders＇ high attention is the basic for pro-moting self archiving;the improvement of the management con-tent is the basis for innovating archives management; the stan-dardization of archives transfer can ensure archives safety.
