摘要
人际交往问题不仅关系到大学生的学习生涯,更是大学生能否适应社会生活的重要因素。影响大学生人际交往的心理因素主要有:认知偏差、不良情绪、人格差异障碍等,而家庭教育、学校环境以及社会变革的大背景等促成了这些心理因素的产生。因此,从端正认知、驾驭情绪、完善人格、提升沟通技巧方面对人际交往心理障碍进行调适有着较好的针对性和有效性。
Interpersonal problems not only relate to university students' learning career, but also affect university students' adaptation to social life. The psychological factors affecting uni-versity students' interpersonal communications mainly include cognitive bias, bad mood, personality difference disorders, etc., while such backgrounds as family education, school environment and social change, contribute to the formation of these psycholog-ical factors. Therefore, it is targeted and effective to adjust psy-chological barriers in interpersonal communications from the im-provement of communication skills by correcting cognition, con-trolling emotion, and perfecting personality.
