摘要
受到世界发达国家普遍实施的"软实力"战略的影响和启示,我国在2007年首次将"文化软实力"上升为国家战略。作为中国区域经济和都市化发展水平最高的长三角都市群,面临着提升"文化软实力"在国际大都市竞争中胜出的现实命题。文化产业化趋势和文化吸引力战略,是当今国际大都市文化软实力战略的典型经验,也是构成中国长三角都市群实施"文化软实力"战略的世界图景。
Influenced by the prevalent operation of “soft power” in worldwide advanced countries, China first elevated“cultural soft power” as a national strategy in 2007. As the most conspicuous area in terms of regional economy metropolitan development, the megalopolis in the Yangtze River Delta is faced with an issue of how to succeed among all the international metropolitans. The tendency of cultural industrialization and attraction are the typical experience of cultural soft power strategies among international metropolitans, and are also the goals of the construction of megalopolis in the Yangtze River Delta.
