农民自杀的年龄分布及其机理

Age Distribution and Its Mechanism of Peasant's Suicide: Based on the Case of Zao Village in the North of China

以华北一个满族村庄"早村"的农民自杀现象为个案,作者考察了自杀在该村老、中、青三大年龄群体中的基本分布特征。早村青年农民的自杀可以放置在父权制的框架与解放话语中获得理解,中年农民自杀与早村激烈的社会比较紧密相关,老年农民自杀则与新的代际关系失衡以及社会压力往弱势群体的转移有关。1990年代中后期是早村农民自杀现象发生变化的分水岭,在此之前主要是青年农民的自杀,在此之后则主要是中年农民与老年农民的自杀,这种变化揭示了自杀的发生与农村社会的深刻变革具有重要的相关关系。

through introducing the suicide characteristics distribution of three age groups in Zao village on the north of China, the author indicated that we could understand the youth people’s suicide from the patriarchy perspective and liberation discourse system, while the middle aged people＆#39;s suicide was related to the drastically social comparison. Howev-er, this paper thought that the elders’ suicide was related to the new unbalanced inter-generation relationship and the so-cial force which was shifted to the weak people like the elders. The period from 1995 to 1999 was the shift divide of peasant’s suicide, ahead of this period, the suicide mainly emerged on the youth people, while after this period, the sui-cide mainly occurred on the middle aged people and elders. This kind of change reflected the relations between rural so-cial change and peasant’s suicide.
