摘要
中药材及中药饮片因传统的熏硫防虫防霉影响安全性,被国家食品药品监督管理局禁止使用。如何在无硫的情况下,延长中药材及中药饮片的贮存时间,是摆在中药材及中药饮片生产、加工贮存的重要问题。采用无毒有效的抑菌剂替代熏硫工艺是解决中药无硫的重要途径。
The traditional smoked sulfur technology was forbidden by the State Food and Drug Administration because it had affected security of traditional Chinese medicine.Now it is an important issue to study how to extend the storage time of Chinese herbal medicine and its production without sulfur.Thus non-toxic effective antimicrobial agent is an important approach to store the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)instead of smoked sulfur technology.
