摘要
研制了一台连续回热型吸附式空调 /热泵 ,对吸附床设计进行了改进 ,并在样机上采取一系列控制措施 ,使工况稳定。通过改变热源温度、蒸发温度、循环周期等参数 ,获取多组实验数据 ,该样机在 1 0 0℃热源驱动下 SCP达到 1 50 W/ kg,COP达 0 .
A continuous heat regenerative adsorption heat pump prototype using actived carbon methanol pair has been developed.In this system a SCP of 150w/kg (Specific Cooling Power)and a COP of 0.21 (Coefficient Of Performance)were obtained.In other to increase COP and keeping high SCP,two novel adsorbers are designed to replace the formar adsorbers.Some control methods are used in the system to make working condition stable.By means of many experiments,SCP and COP versus evaporating temperature,cycle time and heat source temperature are obtained.A group of optimum operative parameters are chosen.The developed new system has a COP of 0.4 and a SCP of 150W/kg
