妊娠期糖尿病138例产前综合干预及产后随访

Prenatal comprehensive intervention and postpartum follow-up in 138 parturients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的：探讨妊娠期糖尿病（ GDM）患者产前综合干预及产后随访的护理方法。方法：将2009年1～12月在我院产科门诊确诊的138例GDM患者作为干预组，进行产前综合护理干预，随访至产后1年；将2007年1～12月在产科门诊确诊的126例GDM患者作为对照组，采用常规护理措施。结果：干预组妊娠高血压、产后出血及新生儿窒息发生率均明显低于对照组（ P＜0．05）；产后随访率明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）；产后随访半年及1年患者糖代谢异常率明显低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：重视GDM的筛查，采取积极综合护理干预措施不仅能有效改善妊娠结局，还能促进随访工作的顺利开展，提高GDM患者的生活质量。

Objective：To explore the nursing methods of prenatal comprehensive intervention and postpartum follow-up in parturients with gestational diabetes mellitus（ GDM） .Methods：138 parturients with GDM diagnosed in the outpatient of obstetrics of our hospital（ Jan. to Dec.2009） were taken as the intervention group and the parturients in this group were given prenatal comprehensive nursing intervention and postpartum follow-up for one year;other 126 parturients with GDM diagnosed in the outpatient of obstetrics of our hospital（Jan.to Dec.2007）were taken as the control group and routine nursing measures were taken in this group.Results：The incidence of pregnancy-induced hypertension,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia was significantly lower in the intervention group than that in the con-trol group（ P＆lt;0.05）;the postpartum follow-up rate was significantly higher in the intervention group than the control group（ P＆lt;0.05）;the rate of abnormal glucose metabolism of the patients was significantly lower in the intervention group than the control group after postpar-tum follow-up for half a year and one year（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Paying attention to screening on GDM and taking comprehensive nurs-ing interventions can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome and life quality of parturients with GDM.
