摘要
目的：探讨本院门诊不合理用药处方分析及其对策。方法随机抽取本院2011年1月~2013年6月门诊处方14000张进行审查分析，首先对不合理处方进行筛选，然后分析不合理处方的具体表现。结果在此批随机抽取的门诊处方中，有655张为不合理门诊处方（不合理率为4.68%），主要表现为处方书写不规范、用法及剂量不恰当、重复用药、溶媒不恰当、诊断与用药不相符以及联合用药不恰当等。结论本院门诊存在一些不合理的用药情况，应及时采取相应对策，从而提高门诊用药合格率。
Objective To investigate the irrational prescriptions in our hospital and its countermeasures. Methods Randomly selected hospital from January 2011 to June 2013, 14,000 outpatient prescription review analysis, the first screening of irrational prescribing, and then analyze the specific performance irrational prescriptions. Results In this batch of a random sample of outpatient prescriptions, there were 655 unreasonable prescriptions （unreasonable rate of 4.68%）, mainly for prescription writing was not standardized, improper usage and dose, repeated drug use, improper vehicle, diagnosis and treatment not consistent and not appropriate, such as combination therapy. Conclusion The hospital outpatient some irrational drug use, should promptly take appropriate measures to improve the pass rate of outpatient treatment.
