目的建立丹参五味子片的薄层色谱鉴别方法 ,提高制剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对丹参五味子片中的丹参和五味子进行鉴别。结果图谱斑点清晰、分离度好,阴性对照无干扰。结论所采用方法有效,且简便快速、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To improve quality standard of Danshen Wuweizi Tablet by establish a thin layer chromatography（ TLC） method. Methods The TLC method was used to identify Salvia miltiorrhiza and Schisandra chinensis fructus. Results The TLC figures were distinct with good resolution and no disturbance negative group. Conclusion The method is effective, simple, rapid, and reproducible.
