人参淫羊藿肠溶胶囊对高尿酸血症患者影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察人参淫羊藿肠溶胶囊对高尿酸血症患者的临床疗效。方法将60例诊断高尿酸血症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例,治疗组口服人参淫羊藿肠溶胶囊2粒(每粒0.38 g),2次/d,疗程30 d。对照组给予口服碳酸氢钠片1.0 g,2次/d,疗程30 d。结果治疗组治愈17例,对照组治愈6例。同时发现治疗组的高血脂、高胆固醇也随之下降,明显优于对照组。结论人参淫羊藿肠溶胶囊治疗高尿酸血症效果明显,并且对高血脂、高胆固醇有一定的治疗作用。 Objective to observe the ginseng epimedium enteric capsules in patients with high uric acid hematic disease clinical curative effect. Methods 60 patients with high uric acid hematic disease diagnosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases each, the treatment group oral ginseng epimedium enteric capsules 2 taps , twice a day, the course of 30 days. Control:group given oral sodium bicarbonate tablets twice a day, 1.0 g treatment for 30 days. Results The treatment group cure of 17 cases, 6 cases of control group cure.Also found that the treatment group is down on hyperlipidemia, high cholesterol, is better than the control group. Conclusion Ginseng epimedium enteric capsule treatment of high uric acid hematic disease effect is obvious, and the blood fat, high cholesterol, has certain therapeutic effect.
