黛力新联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of deanxit combined with trimebutine maleate in treatment of irritablevowel syndrome

目的观察黛力新联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效。方法将2012年8月～2013年8月来本院治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的38例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组19例。两组患者均给予马来酸曲美布汀治疗,观察组加用黛力新,治疗6周。比较两组患者的治疗有效率,记录患者治疗前后的SDS评分和SAS评分,并进行比较。结果观察组总有效率94.74%高于对照组68.42%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SDS评分以及SAS评分均低于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黛力新联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of deanxit combined with trimebutine maleate in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Methods Form 2012 August to 2013 August in our hospital for treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome, 38 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 19 cases each group.Two groups of patients were given trimebutine maleate treatment, observation group were treated with Deanxit, treatment for 6 weeks.Comparing the two groups of patients with the treatment efficiency, recorded before and after treatment in patients with SDS score and SAS score were compared, and. Results The total effective rate of observation group is 94.74%higher than that of the control group 68.42%, the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）; the SDS score and SAS score in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Deanxit combined with trimebutine maleate in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
