调强放疗联合单药化疗治疗局部晚期宫颈癌临床体会 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨紫杉醇与顺铂单药对局部晚期宫颈癌放疗增敏作用及副作用。方法对53例IIB~III期宫颈鳞癌患者调强放射治疗选择紫杉醇或顺铂单药周方案同步化疗,观察近期疗效及副作用。结果近期疗效:两组有效率比较差异无统计学意义。近期不良反应:Ⅱ度以上恶心、呕吐:顺铂组恶心呕吐的胃肠道反应明显高于紫杉醇组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。顺铂组恶心呕吐的胃肠道反应明显高于紫杉醇组。结论调强放射治疗同步紫杉醇单药周方案安全有效,疗效肯定,患者耐受性好,不良反应相对较轻。
