It can be prepared a kind of regular silica—gel sphere with proper pore diameter and as high pore volume, as possible by baking a silica—gel which was blended lithium double salt solution. This silica—gel sphere, used as supporter of gel permeation chromatography(GPC), can increase resolution ratio of the GPC column.
