湘钢高线大型立式泵橡胶导轴承技术改进设计

摘要 从湘钢高线摩根轧机水处理配套的 60 0 L A— 2 3型立式轴流泵叶轮磨损故障的典型剖析 ,论述了叶轮离心力和橡胶轴承磨损量分别对泵运行的影响关系 ,并依据现场实际 ,改进橡胶轴承水润滑的设计参数 ,有效减少磨损 。 On the basis of the typical analysis of the impeller wear faults of 600 LA-23 vertical axial flow pump used for water treatment for a high speed wire rod Morgan mill in Xiangfan Steel Co. ,the respective effects of the impeller centrifugal and the wear amount of rubber bearing on the pump operation were discussed. In accordance with the application reality, the design parameters of the water lubrication of rubber bearing were improved to effectively readuce its wear and ensure a long term formal operation of the equipment. [
