公共管理指国家、政府及社会组织对于公共事务的管理活动,从这个意义上看,我国古代也存在公共管理。我国璀璨的古代文化酝酿出诸如谏议制、基层自治、宰相制和科举制等一系列政治制度,在对我国历史产生重要影响的同时也深刻影响着国际政治的发展,对我国当代公共管理也有一定的启示。

Public management refers to the management of public affairs .In this sense ,the public management had existed in ancient China .In the ancient time ,there were a series of political systems ,such as the criticism system , the primary-level self-governing system , the prime minister system and the imperial examination system , which played an important role in the history , and meanwhile , has a great influence on the international development . Contemporary public management can seek inspiration from the ancient political systems .
