摘要
小麦质量的快速判断在饲料生产中具有重要意义。为尝试通过外观快速鉴定小麦品质,试验测定了各类小麦的理化组成和霉菌毒素含量,探寻小麦外观与其品质之间的相关性。采用国标法测定小麦理化组成、采用酶联免疫法测定小麦中各类霉菌毒素含量。结果显示,不同外观的小麦其百粒重、灰分、粗蛋白质和淀粉量存在一定差异,且其呕吐毒素的含量差异显著,其中赤霉病粒、瘪粒、不饱满粒、破碎粒小麦的呕吐毒素含量很高,直接影响小麦品质。因此,可通过外观(如饱满度、赤霉病粒、破碎粒数量)等鉴定小麦品质。
To identify the wheat quality quickly in the production of feed, the experiment classified the wheats, tested various wheat physicochemieal composition by using national standards and mycotoxin content with En- zyme-linked immuno sorbent assay (Elisa), and tried to explore the correlation between the appearance and quality of wheat. The results showed that, the 100-seed weight, ash, crude protein and starch content were different among the wheats in different appearance, and the vomitoxin was significantly higher in the wheats of gibberellic, shrunk- en, not full and broken. The apprarence was directly affect wheat quality. Therefore, the ration of appearance of full- ness, gibberellic, broken wheat could used to identify quality of wheate.
