随着我国高等教育体制改革的不断深化，预算管理成为高校财务管理核心部分，但由于多方面原因，目前高校在预算管理方面存在很多问题，制约着预算管理水平的提高。文章结合重庆航天职业技术学院预算管理的现状，对预算管理方面存在的问题进行分析，并对此提出了相应对策。
