在新的历史机遇和挑战下，加强高职院校学生党建工作的创新研究具有十分重要的理论和现实意义。本文分析了高职院校学生党建工作存在的不足及原因，对高职院校学生党建工作进行了定位，从观念创新、组织创新、管理教育创新、活动创新、人文环境建设等方面，积极探索适合高职院校的学生特点，，有利于党员发展工作的党建工作新模式。

Under the new historical opportunity and the challenge, strengthen the innovation of the higher vocational college students＇ party construction research has important theoretical and practical significance. This article analyzes the deficiency existing in higher vocational college students＇ party construction and the reasons of it, and also positions the higher vocational college students＇ party construction. This article actively explores new pattern of party building work which is suit for characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges and the party member development from concept innovation, organization innovation, management and education innovation, activities innovation, humanistic environment construction, etc.
