摘要
目前,物业服务行业自律问题严重,关键是物业服务人员自律机制缺失,本文分析了物业服务人员自律机制缺失的原因主要是利益驱使、物业服务市场发育不健全、相关法规不健全、运行机制不完善等,提出建立物业服务人员自律机制从树立理念、促成行为、明确目标、严格管理等方面做起,希望同行探讨并得以完善。
At present, several self-discipline problems exist in the property services industry, the key is lack of self-discipline mechanism among the property services staff. In this paper, the main reasons that the property services staff lack of self-discipline mechanism are analyzed, such as profit driven, the property services market development imperfect, relevant laws and regulations incomplete, mechanism imperfect. It propose to establish property service staff self-discipline mechanism from the concept establishment, the enabling act, clear goals, strict management, and would like to be explored and improved by colleagues.
